The First Step

It's really this simple. Step one inch and ask inside now. 

The first step in conscious creation is asking

            - What does my life want of me?
    
These are our precious breaths and heart beats. You don't get any of them back.

          - What is alive inside of me, desperately trying to get out?
          - Who am I at my core?
          - What is trying to express through and as me? 

When I started I wrote down every thing I loved and wanted to make more in my life. Let it be what it is. The thought "I just want to sing more. I am going to go to open mic" changed my life in a way I never could have anticipated. It was the moment that changed everything and has set me on a trjectory of singing, facilitating and expressing at a level I never could have imagined.
